The new Dual Density interlocking Bright Sports Mat is a phenomenal 16mm thick, providing a safety cushion for karate and aerobic activities in sports clinics, yoga studios and gyms. This thickness will help provide excellent cushion against falls. The mat consists of a 5mm top with a surface emboss for easy cleaning, hygiene and durability, and an 11mm softer backing to provide cushioning. The crisp surface will allow for smooth pivoting.

The most popular sports mat size is 1m x 1m (every third mat is joined). Our laser cut die is exactly 1m x 1m and the carefully designed interlock pattern will ensure that joins are tight and secure. The best colours for sports mats are blue red and black.
